In response to the pandemic challenges and to help both community members as well as the healthcare providers dealing with those challenges, SONTAK Family Clinic, PLLC was established in September 2020. The overall goal of SONTAK Family Clinic is to transform primary care services by going beyond the traditional healthcare approach, and working with you in the process of maximizing your quality of life and overall health in a compassionate, personalized and affordable manner you deserve.
Dr. Sonia Takacs, DNP, FNP-BC, founder and provider of SONTAK Family Clinic, PLLC was born and raised in Mexico and has worked diligently, and continually, to make her dreams a reality. She finished her first collegiate degree in Mexico in 2004. In 2010, she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University, Health Science Center at El Paso, TX, and in 2019 she received a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Mary, Bismarck, ND.
